Daes Daemar's goal is to push for clearing current end-game content while maintaining general social well-being. This will be accomplished through the diligence of each member of the Daes family toward that end.
While it is not possible for everyone to be included on the main 25-raid team, there are other options for the majority of the "raiding interested". Specifically, running organized 10-man raids as the main option for raiders not currently on the 25-man team.
As a cooperative, the Daes family should be concerned with the betterment of the guild as a whole. This includes helping the guild whenever possible. Whether it be advice to someone, giving of materials, or just simply running a instance you may not need, helping each other goes a long way. However, this is NOT an invitation to begging and/or depending on the rest of the guild to pull someone through. Help yourself and help others, don't be a "take only" member, you wont be around long if you do.
Not everyone in Daes wants to raid, some like PvP, and some like to simply play. We on the council ask each member to do only a couple of things.
First, what can you do to help the guild? Ask yourself what you can do to help, then do it. Helping shouldn't cause drama. This leads to the next request.
Second, do not cause drama. This comes from excessively complaining for no good reason or maybe you don't like how someone does things, or maybe you just don't like another member period. Whatever the case may be, causing drama will get you a warning, after that you'll be removed, no questions asked. Daes has grown to be quite big and unnecessary drama can no longer be tolerated. So please, don't cause drama. If you have issues, use the website and make a post to the officers ONLY.
Lastly, remember that this is a game. If you aren't having fun in Daes, make a post to the officers ONLY and tell us why (please don't harass officers in game about these types of things). If we can make people happy, we will try to. However, the unfortunate state of things is that we can't make everyone happy. If you continue to be unhappy while in Daes, then it may be in your interest to do what is necessary to make yourself happy.
Current Raiding Goals:

Code of Conduct
Members should always act to increase the positive reputation of our guild, both in-game and in the forums.
Members must be 100% committed to this guild. We exist to help each other and the whole guild, and not to help you and your personal WoW goals.

Notes:
- On Notice wears off in 2 weeks or at officer discretion.
- If you are kicked from the guild, your alts/mains go too.
- Other people playing on your characters must follow these rules too, or they can cause you to be kicked/banned.
- The High Council and GM reserve the authority to Guild Kick anyone on the spot. These decisions will be reviewed by the other officers.
- Members may be demoted while On Notice.
Alts
To invite an alt to the guild:
- The alt must meet minimum guild level requirements
- The guild main must be in good standing, not On Notice.
- The alt can only be invited after a discussion between the Main and an Officer.
- The main will then log into his alt immediately for the invite from that Officer.
Officer alts have stricter rules, and will not be promoted without multiple High Council or GM present. This is to prevent unauthorized access to the Guild Bank, etc.
Alts follow the same conduct rules as Mains, and breaking rules on either can get both kicked/banned.
